We will be holding an Application Drop Off Day on Wednesday, June 1st, 2022 for any interested industrial painters. Anyone interested can come to the training center between 9 am and 2 pm, located at 2190 Hornig Rd, Philadelphia PA, 19116. Potential applicants will be able to apply, take the entrance exam, and be interviewed by our industrial staff, making them eligible for potential immediate entry (depending on workforce demand) into the program.
Everyone must bring all required documentation on this day. Incomplete files will not be accepted. The following information needs to be brought with each applicant:
- A printed version of the completed application from our website
- Copy of valid driver’s license
- “Official Sealed” High School transcripts
- Copy of High School Diploma or proof of GED
- 3 letters of recommendation
- Completion of 3 essay questions that are listed on website application – typed or handwritten – (Essays will be graded and become part of your overall score)
- 2 forms of Government Identification-– Choose from the following options(in addition to driver’s license)
- *Birth Certificate
- *Social Security Card
- *Passport
- *Department of Defense Identification Card
- *Certification of Naturalization
- *Certification of Citizenship
- $35.00 processing fee – cash, money order or check made payable to FTI-MAR (payable upon application drop-off)
